The Naval Air Systems Command intends to release the draft Request for Proposal (RFP) via the Internet for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to perform modifications on P-3 and S-3 aircraft. The proposed ID/IQ contract will include a base year plus two options and is expected to run from FY 1997 through FY 1999.
