will consist of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to
provide and install concrete vault toilets, complete and ready for use,
at 5 National Park locations within California. Incidental work
includes pumping, demolition and backfill of existing toilet structures
and on-site concrete paving. Units shall be a concrete tank and toilet
prefabricated building meeting U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest
Service ``Sweet Smelling Toilet'' design criteria. Additionally,
structures shall meet the requirements of State and local codes,
Uniform Building Code, Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility
Guidelines and California Title 24 standards. This announcement
modifies the notice published on July 25, 1996 by deleting the
requirement to provide ``precast'' structures and adds an additional
Park unit consisting of two additional toilet structures (one
double-stall toilet structure and one single-stall structure) to be
located at Muir Woods National Monument, in Marin County, California.
