This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA90-96-Q-0221 is issued as a Request for Quotation. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-38 dtd 29 Apr 96. This procurement is set aside for small business. SIC is 2394. Manufacture 31 Tents. The tent shall be made of 15 oz flame retardant, UV resistant, mildew resistant white vinyl. Reinforced welded seams with double reinforced rims and covers with continuous polypro rope. Uprights shall be adjustable to 7 ft to 9.6 ft with a 6 inch base plates. Stakes shall be steel 42 inch by 1 inch with a 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch diameter. Side panels shall be of the same material and be attached and detached with grommets and electrical ties. A 12 inch valance shall be same material but the color of blue and have particular artwork for 31 individual states. Tents shall be shipped to 31 sites. Tents must be provided to the 31 sites within 45-60 days after receipt of order. List of the 31 sites for delivery and a copy of the artwork will be mailed to interested offerors upon request.
