NASA Johnson Space Center is seeking information on available off-the-shelf air-borne or space-borne radar systems. The radar system will be used for spacecraft deployment and rendezvous applications. The radar system will be used to acquire and track large, slow-moving targets to a range of 20-30 nautical miles and over an angular uncertainty of +/-15 degrees. The radar must provide target angle, angle rate, range, and range-rate data to a space-borne data system. High grade commercial or Military Grade B parts are acceptable for this hardware (S-level parts are not required). Vendors who have existing designs or an existing product which is compatible with or easily adaptable to these requirements are preferred.
