Contractor shall provide a roof survey which details and identifies roof system construction and condition. Data will be accumulated by roof area and include classifications for appropriate preventive actions; including repair, restoration, and replacement. A roof area is defined as an area separated from other sections of the roof on a single building by type or any perimeter detail or physical barrier. A perimeter detail or physical barrier shall include but not be limited to a wall, any type of roof edge detail, an expansion joint, or a change in deck type.
