Maintenance and repair of emergency management control system equipment consisting of Honeywell Delta 5650, Level 06, mainframe operating system and data base, peripheral units, modems and printers. Service shall include approximately 40 service calls and hardware preventative maintenance for all components on a quarterly basis. The contractor shall provide software support (labor and material) consisting of all factory revisions as released, updates and revisions to Honeywell operating software and software maintenance.
