The Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, Colorado, is soliciting for radiology services for federal prisoners. Services consist of but not limited to, performing fluoroscopic procedures (UGI, small bowel, colon, arthrogram, venogram, cystos, fistulograms, ERCP's) EXU's and interpreting the results. Also provide a preliminary ``wet reading'' at the time of service. Second requirement is for radiologic interpretation consisting of interpretation of x-rays to include MRI films. The contractor must have a doctorate degree in medicine or osteopathy, completed a residency in radiology and be licensed in at least one state of the United States. Must have privileges with one of our contract hospitals (St Thomas More, Canon City, CO and Parkview, Pueblo, CO) Services will be performed for Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp, United States Penitentiary and Administrative Maximum Penitentiary. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity for each 12 month period of the contract is 36 four-hour sessions per year (Radiology Services performed at the FCC Complex) and approximately 5200 per year for Radiological Interpretation.
