The Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank or the Bank) plans to contract for support required of a vendor for collecting, organizing, copying and disseminating information in support of multiple conferences, seminars and symposia held by the Export Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank, the Bank). There is an on-going need for pre-seminar/conference support, seminar/conference support, and post-seminar/conference, as well as the collection and dissemination of information materials to the public relative to the on-going mission of the Bank. All publications, documents, and printed materials will be provided by Ex-Im Bank for use in the distribution process. The vendor is not responsible for the content, text, or the development of Ex-Im Bank's information publications, documents and printed materials, although the inventory and subsequent management of stock levels of such materials is the vendors responsibility. This proposed work effort is offered under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes 7374, Computer Processing and Data Preparation and Processing Services and 7331, Direct Mail Advertising Services. All work will be performed on-site at Ex-Im Bank, 811 Vermont Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20571. This proposed effort is limited to those vendors who hold status under the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Program.
