RADTKE, CONTRACTING OFFICER, (202) 767-7981 11 CONS/LGCX intends to procure services to support the Office of General Counsel (SAF/GCQ) by providing production of a set of three interrelated ADR training videos to be used during the basic and advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Specialist training courses. The contractor shall be responsible for and provide three scripts by a network television caliber individual (one 20-25 minute ADR introductory video, one 20-25 minute legal issues video, and one 30-40 minute ADR mediation case drama video) which can be completed by up to three script writers jointly, provide a cast of up to six professional quality actors and actresses, and hiring of an on scene location production crew for up to five days of shooting. Additionally, should the Studio Production contract line item number (CLIN) be awarded, the contractor shall be responsible for and provide the studio for the filming. If the CLIN is not awarded, the Air Force will provide space for the filming. Period of performance is from date of award through 28 Feb 97.
