The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Information Resources Division (IRD), Investigative Information Services Program (I-ISP) anticipates awarding a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract to provide management and analytical services to support I-ISP project teams in conducting functional area analysis, designing information systems, implementing information systems, and conducting post-implementation audits. This action will be set aside for small businesses. Multiple awards might be made if doing so is economically advantageous to the Government, contingent upon availability of funds. The contract will be for a Base Period of twelve months and two, twelve month Optional Periods. The total anticipated Level-of-Effort is 18,720 professional hours. Successfull offeror must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released approximately thirty (30) days after publication of this announcement.
