Hughes Technical Center is announcing the release of a screening information request (SIR) for an environmental support (remedial action) contractor to provide construction, shakedown, and long term operation and maintenance (O&M) services for the Center. This proposed 10 year (2-year base, and four 2-year options), indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System. It is anticipated that the construction line item will be negotiated on a firm fixed price basis; the shakedown, testing, and initial O&M on a cost plus fixed fee basis; and the long term O&M on a fixed price basis.
