The Marine Corps has a requirement for systems engineering, software engineering and technical support for the Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) program. This program requires close coordination and integration of efforts. The JINTACCS program supports the Marine Corps participation in the Joint Chiefs of Staff mandated JINTACCS program which provides for the development of joint character and bit-oriented message standards and procedures. A cost plus fixed fee contract is anticipated. Contract period from 01 April 1997, plus four, one (1) year options. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered.
