The contractor shall be bonded, insured and have been in business for at least (5) years or more. The contractor shall have a wide range of auctioneering experience and sufficient staffing to service the Eastern and Western Slope of Colorado State Boundaries. Services will be required on an ``as needed basis'' for the period of one year from 10/1/96 thru 09/30/97.
