The Computer Systems Laboratory (CSL) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) announces the September 30-October 3, 1996 North American Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Users' Forum (NIUF). The NIUF will be held at the NIST in Gaithersburg, MD. Scheduled tutorials include, Basic ISDN, ISDN Today: Interoperability Challenges and Killer Applications and Remote LAN Access. There is also a panel scheduled to discuss tariff procedures and practices.
