The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about August 6, 1996. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, uniforms, equipment and supplies to provide security guard services, sixteen (16) hours per day, Monday through Friday and twenty-four (24) hours per day on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays for the PHS Indian Hospital, Mescalero, New Mexico. This is a Buy Indian Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act, 25 USC 47. Proposal will be sought only from businesses which are at least 51% Indian owned, operated and controlled.
