The Immigration & Naturalization Service intends to negotiate and award a contract to Corrections Corporation of America, 102 Woodmont Blvd., Nashville, TN 37205, for the temporary residential care and secure detention of undocumented aliens at Laredo, Texas. The period of the contract will be from December 23, 1996 for approximately 1, year. The contract is to provide all necessary management, labor, supervision, equipment and a facility to detain and house up to 185 adult detainees. The authority for this proposed contract action is FAR 6.302-1.
