The Immigration & Naturalization Service intends to negotiate and award a contract to Wackenhut Corrections Corporation, 4200 Wackenhut Drive, #100, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410, for the temporary residential care and secure detention of undocumented aliens at Aurora, Colorado. The period of the contract will be from October 1, 1996 for approximately 1 year. The contractor is to provide all necessary management, labor, supervision, equipment and a facility to detain and house up to 300 adult detainees. The authority for this proposed contract action is FAR 6.302-1.
