of, but not limited to the removal of dock equipment to include dock
plates and bumpers, egress ladders, some doors and dock seals. Replace
with hydraulic E.O.D. levelers. Furnish and install red/green light
system. Various structural changes to egress routes. Provide numbering
and signage. Cost estimate is between $400,000 to $425,000 with
completion of work within 120 days. Proposals are due by Noon on
Monday, September 9, 1996. The package will be available on or about
August 14, 1996 from the Architect-Engineer, Kitchen & Associates at a
cost of $25.00 per package, non-refundable. Make checks/money orders
payable to: U.S. Postal Service, referencing RFP #232098-96-A-0247.
