SOL 51WCNA706011JD DUE 100396 POC Joseph D'Felio (816) 426-7267 ext. 225 Furnish all labor, material, equipment and each and every item of expense for the construction of a new Weather Forecast Office on 22.51 acres of land located North of the Mendenhall back Loop Road in the City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska. The building size is approximately 5700 square feet. The building will be a steel frame on concrete spread footings with a standing seam metal roof and wood siding with stone accent. Work includes but is not limited to clearing, excavation, earthfill, compaction, grading and drainage, construction of new building, installation of Government furnished equipment, coordination of and connection to public utilities, paving and landscaping. Work also includes a secondary structure, approximately 600 square feet in size, to house the diesel driven generator and provide additional storage. Completion time for this project is 330 calendar days. This is a total small business set-aside. SIC code 1542 applies. Estimated construction cost is from $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
