Provide all supervision, labor and materials to perform the following renovations to the Atlantic Marine Center Building 3: 1. Demolition of the existing interior partitions, stairs, and finishes. 2. Raising the existing mezzanine floor to a level of 11 ft. 4 in. Above the first floor level. 3. Construction of a second level floor system which includes a concrete floor slab on metal deck supported by structural steel framing. 4. Construction of two fire rated exit stairways, which will include CMU wall construction and steel stairs and railings. 5. Construction of toilet facilities. 6. Construction of a new aluminum ``Storefront'' type entry. 1 Job. Performance period is 30 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Place of Performance is the U.S. Department of Commerce, Atlantic Marine Center, 538 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia. The Government estimate for this work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Section L of the solicitation will include information on a Site Visit. This is the only available opportunity to visit the site. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
