Service to provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to accomplish a construction site survey for unexploded ordnance (UXO) in accordance with Section 0200 Construction Site Unexploded Ordnance Survey and Clearance; this will include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to expose UXO for removal by Military Explosive Ordnance (EOD) Unit, of any UXO that is detected as a result of this survey. Work to be performed Arsenal-at-Large at US Army ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. Period of performance will be for two years from date of award or the expenditure of funds, whichever shall occur first. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
