The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the partial site and interior demolition including existing electrical, mechanical, and finishes. The construction will add approximately 3,556 square feet of single story, interior workroom and support spaces and remodel approximately 3,871 square feet of existing workroom, lobby and support spaces. The work includes, but is not limited to, modifications and/or new lighting, mechanical, electrical, walls, foundations, roofing, insulation, doors and hardware, finishes, site work, special equipment, and specialties. The project will be bid a single sum contract. Site access and construction areas will be limited. Extensive construction coordination and sequencing are required to ensure full time operation of the existing facility. Estimated range is $375,000 to $425,000. There is a one-time, pay-in advance, non-refundable charge of $35.00 for each copy of the solicitation requested.
