The project consists essentially of, but not limited to, providing for the removal of the existing incinerator and its replacement with a steam sterilizer in building 508 which will be used for the treatment of agricultural waste. Agricultural waste, being all trash and uneaten food from any overseas flight that might contain harmful parasites as defined by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
