Work consists of replace the 60-ton outdoor packaged air conditioning unit and chilled water pump and reconnecting to existing temperature controls and electrical service. The estimate amount of this requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
