Laser Systems, 3 each, engineering drawings, integrated support, training and manuals to be used for demonstration purposes and research on the crusader weapons system. The period of performance is four (4) months. The anticipated award date is 30 September 1996. This proposed action is for supplies which must be interchangeable with existing systems and must meet Government specifications. This procurement is restricted to approved source, U.S. Laser, Inc. located in Wyckoff, NJ. Market research has demonstrated that U.S. Laser, Inc. is the only vendor capable of meeting the Government's need. Firms that recognize and can perform the required effort described above are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notice requesting a copy of the solicitation to the Contracting Officer. The final determination to open this requirement to competition based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
