The Department of the Navy has an on-going effort to calculate munitions requirements. This contract will be to conduct analyses, calculate and document the Non-Nuclear Ordnance Requirments (NNOR) for FY 97 through FY 2001 in support of Navy Planning and Programming. The effort includes model development and modification, data base development, validation and verification, data entry, requirements computation, assessment of results, and documentation. The purpose of the NNOR Process is to develop ordnance requirements for naval surface, submarine, and air forces, and for the Marine Corps air force. Solicitation No. N00167-96-C-4035 will be issued on or about 06 September 1996 and will include a base period of three years and two one year option periods for a total period of performance of five years. Security clearance will be required of the successful offeror. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and the Standard Industrial Classification Number is 8742.
