Sources Sought-- The U.S. Department of Education is planning to extend the current WEEA Publishing Center for one year under Authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1. The services include technical assistance to WEEA grantees; review of Gender Equity Materials and Marketing and Dissemination of Materials. At this time the Department believes there is only one responsible source based on the current contractor, EDC, Inc., has the supplies, experience and trained staff to do the job and changing contractors at this time would result in substantial delays and costs accompanied by decreased productivity.
