World-wide enrollment will request interested reservists to complete 2 gov`t prescribed forms. The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking a contractor to receive these documents batched from mil services and to perform data entry, using contractor designed or purchased software, to accurately enter data contained on the 2 requested forms. Once the data is entered and certain edits prescribed by the gov`t performed, the contractor must electronically forward the keyed data, in the format specified by DFAS, to any site prescribed by DFAS. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on the written proposal received by Aug 30, 96. Work must begin on or before Oct 1, 96 with software ready to begin key entry phase Oct 15, 96. Anticipate award by Sept 15, 96.
