FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to procure through full and open competitive procedures Information Technology (IT) support services for the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), Philadelphia, PA. The Contractor shall assist NAVICP in enhancing and streamlining current information processing systems in support of day-to-day operations. Services required include database support, mainframe programming and analysis, client/server applications programming and analysis, and training. Five full-time employees are required for the period 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997 with two (2) twelve month renewal periods.
