ASEA Brown Boveri, the original equipment manufacturer, is the only known source who has the expertise and is capable of providing services for this specialized equipment. Firms that recognize and can service the test stand are encouraged to identify themselves within 15 days from the date of this publication, and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer which would permit their participation in the current or future solicitations.
