Model TE38211 located at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201, for the period 01 October 1996, through 30 September 1997, with option to extend for two additional years. This will be a sole source procurement, Cadillac Gage Textron, Inc., 25200 West Rye Canyon Road, Valencia, CA 91355, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Cadillac Gage Textron, the original equipment manufacturer, holds proprietary data rights to the equipment. They are the only known source that is authorized and has the capability to perform complete repair services as required. Firms that recognize and can service the test stand are encouraged to identify themselves within 15 days from the date of this publication, and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer which would permit their participation in the current or future solicitations.
