Since the only manufacturer for the Pantak tube head is Pantak thisprocurement is being sole source to Pantak Inc., 31 Business Park Drive, P. O. Box 865,Branford, CT 06408, see Note 22. Inspection and acceptance of repaired equipment will be atdestination. Delivery is required 30 days from date of Purchase Order. This acquisition will beprocessed utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, and it is anticipated that an oral Request forQuotations will be made on or about 3 Sept 1996. (0228)
