Quantity, 250,000 total copies and final films used in the production of printing. Trim size, 8-3/8 X 10-7/8'', binding on the 10-7/8 dimension. Proofs, 2 sets of press signature imposed, laminated matchprint proofs (ruled to indicated the guide & gripper edges, complete color bar and all bindery trimouts) or similar color proofs, for the entire publication and two sets of dylux proofs. Must be composite pproofs with all elements in the proper position. One set of dylux proofs shall be retained by the government. Paper text -100lb white patina coated test. ( no substitutions allowed). Inks, 4 color process, PMS 178, 215, 279, 231, 472 and Black inks. Solid inks reuired no builds allowed. Inks shall contain minimum percentages of vegetable oil in compliance with federal procurement mandates as follows: Heat-set litho/10%, sheet-fed lith/20%, forms/20%. Coating, Overall (satin finsh) aqueous coast or dull varnish the outside pages only. Margins, bleed, follow trim marks on furnished camera copy.
