The Federal Bureau Prisons, Dallas, Texas is soliciting for construction related services to expand an existing asphalt parking lot located at the Federal Medical Center in Ft. Worth, Texas. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The work to be performed under the resulting contract consists of furnishing all materials, tools, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the earth work and to construct, to completion, a 270' x 81' addition to an existing asphalt parking lot. This procurement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 - $99,999.00. Bonding will be required for this project.
