This is an Indefinite Quantity contract with Basic Year plus One Option Year to paint the exterior of any assigned number of various buildings at (MUHJ 96-0411) at Langley AFB. Included will be the preparation and painting of stucco, plaster, concrete, wood, metal and aluminum surfaces. Resealing of windows, replacement of downspouts and the application of water repellants are also required. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 for each contract year.
