The Carderock Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to acquire through full and open competition after exclusion of sources (i.e. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 6.203) one (1) Air Cooled, Remotely Operable Resistance Load Bank with a Load Capacity of at least 350 Volts, 5000 Amperes DC. The load bank shall be capable of computer control. This procurement is for the replacement of the existing loading device, including removal of the existing load bank and installation of the new one. The Navy anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract 90 days after receipt of proposals. Interested parties should submit a written request to receive the RFP package of release. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Technical evaluation for award will include the offeror's ability to fully comply with the specifications, other requirements as specified in Section C of the Statement of Work, and the ability to meet stated delivery requirements.
