Cutting Fluid Recycler System, quantity 1 each, sump cleaner, refiller unit, quantity 2 each IAW performance spec to include installation, logistics support and training. A liquid/liquid/solid centrifuge based cutting fluid recycling system is required to extend the life of used water based synthetic or soluble/emulsified oil machine tool cutting fluid. The system shall consist of a cutting fluid recycler, a towable sump cleaner unit and a towable sump refilling unit. The system shall be able to collect used cutting fluid from several machine tool sumps, recycle fluid by removing metallic fines, other solids and tramp oil, and return the recycled fluid to machine tool sumps. The system shall also be capable of generating fresh cutting fluid, collecting tramp oil into operator supplied containers, and during the fluid reconditioning process be safe enough to operate without personnel present.
