Cost per test pricing for the following assays: HTST base on an estimated quarterly volume of 1800 test; Digoxin based on a estimated quarterly volume of 1000 test; CK-MB based on an estimated quarterly volume of 100 test; Phenytoin based on an estimated quarterly volume of 500 test; Phenobarbital based on an estimated quarterly volume of 100 test; Quinidine based on an estimated quarterly volume of 100 test; Carb based on an estimated quarterly volume of 300 test; Ethanol based on an estimated quarterly volume of 200 test.
