The premise of the lean logistics program is to sustain a more responsive customer support system at less overall cost with leaver inventories by streamlining logistics processes and expediting movement at every level. Toward the end, award will not be delayed in order to provide a potential oferor with an opportunity to demonstrate its ability to become qualified in accordance with FAR 9.202(e).
