Maintenance is to be provided to the VA by vendors of choice. VA will be responsible for calling all service providers. The contractor will receive and reconcile all field service receipts, and they will pay all invoices for services provided. The contractor is not expected to provide maintenance personnel or perform the actual maintenance and/or repair services needed during the course of the contract. The term of this contract will be for one year. Interested bidders must request this bid package in writing.
