The contract period will be from date of issue to September 30,1997, with two one-year options. Total annual work under the contract will not exceed $100,000. Proposals will be evaluated by a selection committee of U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service personnel based upon the following criteria in order ofimportance; (1) Adequacy of the equipment to perform the work, (2) Hourly rentalrate, (3) Mobilization/demobilization, and (4) Time required to mobilize.
