The work on the contract resulting from the solicitation shall consist of the rehabilitation of two bathrooms in two separate buildings at Floyd Bennet Field in Brooklyn, New York. These is a part of Gateway National Recreation Area. In one bathroom the contractor shall demolish shower stalls, build a handicapped bathroom and install two hundred (200) feet of tile. In the other bathroom: the contractor shall demolish the existing shower, build a new shower and install twelve hundred (1200) feet of tile. The estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000.
