The EOP intends to exercise the option to renew existing contract with Intelligent Solutions Inc., for the period October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997, for Quorum System Software licenses and support for an existing correspondence tracking system. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all other firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
