ROMERO, 805-982-5048 Provide engineering service support for the Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center (NFESC), Pollution Prevention and Compliance Division and the Environmental Restoration Division. The work required will consist of development of hazardous waste material technology and/or methodologies and environmental technologies and consultation for the following: POLLUTION PREVENTION - (1) Hazardous Waste Management, (2) Hazardous Material Control, (3) RDT&E Numerical Models and Systems, (4) Solid Waste, (5) Cleaning and Degeasing, (6) Metal Plating and Finishing, (7) Painting and Stripping, and (8) Clean Water Act - Stormwater and Waste Water Management; CLEANUP - (1) Soils Contamination, and (2) Groundwater Contamination; COMPLIANCE REGULATIONS - (1) Air Emissions Control, (2) Water Emissions Control, (3) Solid Emissions Control; and CONSERVATION OF NATURAL RESOURCES - which includes but is not limited to (1) Endangered Species Management, (2) Fish and Wildlife Preservation, (3) Soil Conservation and Erosion Control, (4) Revegetation, (5) Dust Control, and (6) Water Conservation. This contract type will be Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee with Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) provisions for one year in duration with four (4) one- year option years.
