Concerns having the ability for providing a Residential Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal Offenders. Those individuals having the capability to provide this service shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice (including phone number and point of contact). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Pensacola, Florida area. Estimated number of mandays are 21,900 (18,980 male and 2,920 female) for the base period, 11,315 mandays (9,855 male and 1,460 female) for option year No. 1, 11,680 mandays (10,220 male and 1,460 female) for option year No. 2, and 12,045 mandays (10,585 male and 1,460 female) for option year No. 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 09/23/96. Estimated closing date is o/a 11/20/96. Contract base period is two years with three one year options to renew. A Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
