Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Those individuals having the capability to provide this services shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice (including phone number and point of contact). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Paducah, Kentucky area. Estimated number of mandays are 3,650 (2,920 male and 730 female) for the base period and 1,825 mandays (1,460 male and 356 female) for option years 1, 2, and 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 09/20/96. Estimated closing date is o/a 11/19/96. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew. A Firm-Fixed Price Requirements type contract is anticipated.
