Lazos (804) 734-9897 (Site Code HQCAAA) Contractor shall provide a highly efficient well-stocked resale fish market operation similar to a ''high grade'' commercial supermarket fish market, which is aggressively oriented to patron satisfaction. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, food products, supplies, equipment (other than those that will be identified as Government-furnished) and other items and services necessary to operate a full service resale fish market in the Central Region covering six commissaries, Fort Lee, Fort Eustis, Langley, Norfolk, Little Creek and Oceana. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing, displaying, merchandising, processing and storing products for sale to commissary patrons. The Contractor shall retain the ownership of fish market products until scanned by the Government at the front-end register. All written requests will be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The solicitation number for the acquisition is DECA02-96-R-0034.
