S -- WASTE REMOVAL/DISPOSAL SOL 626-14-97 DUE 091396 POC Susan Hilley, 615/327-5312 Furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation for waste removal/disposal at the Department of Veterans Affairs, 1310 24th Ave., S., Nashville, Tennessee. Work includes removal of Government-owned 40 cubic yard roll off container, transportating container to landfill, disposing of waste, cleaning of container and returning empty container. The container will be coupled and uncoupled from the Government-owned Mark VII Sterilizer/Compactor/ Shredder. Proposed contract will include disposal of all solid waste, including sterilized medical waste. Pick-up to be three times per week between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Container must be returned and in operation within two (2) hours.
