This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. IRM-96-176 herein is a Request for Quotes. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has a sole source requirement for the following publications: Inside Energy/With Federal Lands (6 EA), Inside FERC (1 EA), Inside NRC (27 EA), Nuclear Fuel (8 EA), Nucleonics Week (19 EA). The option to provide Inside NRC, Nuclear Fuel, and Nucleonics Week in electronic format is also required. The Period of Performance will be January 1, 1997, through December 31, 1997. The Government intends to negotiate solely with McGraw-Hill, Inc., 1221 Avenue of the America's, New York, New York, 10020, for a firm fixed priced contract for the publications referenced above. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-32. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items, and 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items applies to this acquisition. Offeror must include a completed copy of provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer.
