DAKF12-95-C-0003 for foreign language instructors for the period
October 1, 1996 through March 31, 1997, at the following locations: Ft.
Bragg, NC, one Russian language instructor, two Spanish instructors,
one Persian- Farsi instructor, one Arabic instructor and one Library
Tech; Ft. Campbell, KY, one Arabic instructor and one Korean
instructor; Ft. Drum, NY, one Spanish instructor; Ft. Polk, LA, one
Persian-Farsi instructor, Ft. Stewart, GA, one Arabic instructor; and
Hunter Army Airfield, Ga, one Arabic instructor and one Spanish
instructor. Language instructor provides refresher or language
maintenance instruction during the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.,
on-site to a maximum of 12 students. Government provides facilities and
necessary classroom with equipment and use of ADP system. Minimum
requirements for instructors are Defense Language Institute Foreign
Language Center (DFIFLC) Language Skill level 3 proficiency n specified
foreign language, formal English language study, or equal English
Comprehension Level Test (ECL) of 70 or higher, minimum one year
teaching experience and successful completion of XVII Airborne Corps
Command language Program or equivalent to DLIFLC Basic Instructor
Training Workshop and be able to obtain a favorable National Agency
Check (NAC). Offerors must provide POI for each language taught and the
offeror shall be accredited by an agency recognized by CORPA. Language
lab operator must have a minimum of a high school diploma or
acceptable equivalent, working knowledge of audio-visual equipment and
specific knowledge of language lab equipment with some experience in
managing same type facility. Proposals shall be for services at all
locations or none. The Government intends to modify the current fixed
price contract to extend the performance period six months (October 1,
1996 through March 31, 1997). Any interested party may submit an offer
which shall be considered. Written proposals must provide sample text
of each POI, pricing at each location by position, provide
qualifications, provide CAGE code, tax identification number and
corporate status. All proposals will be evaluated. Proposals should be
